So, now that I have a week off from school (Spring break), I get to chill around the house, read, and cook again. Not that I stopped cooking before, mind; I just didn't get to as much as I like.
So, my dilemma is this: I have to balance out what I want to cook with what I have money to cook.
So, for today, I have this idea for an avocado pesto pizza with spinach. I already have most everything I'm going to need for it, I'll just need some spinach, avocado, and mozzarella.
In a couple days I'm going to make this pureed mushroom soup that I found a recipe for. I'll fill you in on how both of those go.
